POST `/v1/receipt` puts these fields in the hashed canonical body. Changing any of them changes the receipt hash:

- `request_id` — logical original request, same value across retries
- `attempt_n` — 1-based integer
- `parent_receipt_id` — prior attempt's receipt hash, null on the first attempt
- `correlation_id` — optional, sealed as null when omitted
- `outcome` — `retry`, `failed`, or `completed`

GET `/v1/doctor` lists axes `request_id`, `attempt_n`, `parent_receipt_id`, and `correlation_id`. Receipts without integer `attempt_n` still verify under the older five-field hash. Not a forensic finding. A shared `request_id` is caller-supplied, or minted when omitted. This Worker does not guess that two calls were retries.

Works with ChatGPT (GPT Actions / OpenAI), Grok (xAI), Venice, Claude (Anthropic), Cursor (MCP), Glama (MCP), Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot / Bing, Google Gemini / Vertex, Mistral, Meta AI, Apple Intelligence surfaces, Amazon Q tooling, DuckAssist, You.com, Cohere, and other MCP/OpenAPI-capable assistants. Import the OpenAPI spec, add HTTP tools, or connect via MCP. Public identity: Aziel Eliab only. This Worker `/v1/mesh/*` PROXY to aziel-runtime via AZIEL_RUNTIME.
